Cui Bono
Who benefits from the Russian invasion of Ukraine?
This Ukraine thing couldn’t be working out better for the Owners of our planet.
It’s almost as if they have incredibly highly intelligent supercomputers calculating every nanosecond on precisely how to play every present and future angle for their ultimate maximum profit.
Because that’s what they’re about to reap, thanks to Vlad “Sad to be Had” Putin.
In Putin we have a nostalgic, not very introspective thug who has plenty of cunning, but no wisdom. He’s the head of a third-rate country with a first-rate military. He reportedly took very personally the fall of the Soviet Union and the loss of its “sphere of fear” in Central Europe. And, most observers tend to conclude, he longs for some sort of expansive Russian empire of culture and influence.
It’s an aspiration for greatness that is now conflating into something personal inside Putin’s 68-year-old skull. Some are even saying he’s approaching full-blown nuthood, thanks to COVID isolation and whatever else messy shit is going on in his soon-to-be corpse.
Apparently he wants to be remembered as Vlad the Great, or some such, not realizing this is 2022 and the world is far different and more complex than his rapidly aging male brain can comprehend. The big question is, of course, will this degenerate creep who put his main opponent in the last election into prison -- after trying to poison him -- keep his finger off the nuclear button as his world collapses?
How have the Owners played Russia and Putin?
First, they promised his predecessors Ukraine would not be joining NATO, and that NATO, in fact, would not be adding any Central European nations. Big fucking lies.
At this point, thanks to Putin’s Strong Man bullshit, it appears Sweden and Finland may join NATO out of spite, and Ukraine just applied in the midst of battle.
Second, when Central European nations joined NATO, Putin was well aware of the United States’ Grand Strategy for World Conquest (USGSWC), namely that whom the U.S. would defeat militarily, it would first surround with military bases.
Putin could see that happening in real time on his European front.
And he knows the U.S. and Turkey are in negotiations for a canal that, if built, would vitiate the old Montreux restrictions on the Bosporus limiting entry into the Black Sea to no more than nine foreign warships at any one time, with a total aggregate of 15,000 tons; furthermore, no single ship heavier than 10,000 tons can pass.
But that Russian safety barrier could be gone in a couple of years, assuming the corrupt family of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan can get its act together and actually build the canal.
What most Americans don’t know, because they are exposed only to the sucky mainstream media, is that in 2016 then duly-elected Ukraine president Viktor Yanukovych was yanked from office and more than 130 pro-Russian Ukrainians were killed as the bulk of the Ukraine population expressed its outrage at Yanukovych’s bold turn to Russia. The final straw for Yanukovych was his refusal to sign a political association and free trade agreement with the European Union.
Putin considered the overthrow of Yanukovych to be an illegal coup and refused to recognize Ukraine’s interim government, instead moving troops into the self-proclaimed pro-Russian states of Donetsk and Luhansk.
Ukrainians, on the other hand, called their pro-European revolt the Revolution of Dignity.
What we can expect now is a similar revolt in Russia itself.
Watch the Russian billionaires for the first hints of this monumental development. Of course they will need the tacit approval of the Russian military, whose top leaders were obviously surprised and freaked by Putin’s move to a high nuclear alert.
According to the Center for Arms Control and Non-Proliferation, in 2021 it was estimated there are 100 U.S.-owned nuclear weapons stored in five NATO member states across six bases: Kleine Brogel in Belgium, Büchel Air Base in Germany, Aviano and Ghedi Air Bases in Italy, Volkel Air Base in the Netherlands, and Incirlik in Turkey. The weapons are not armed or deployed on aircraft; they are instead kept in WS3 underground vaults in national air bases, and the Permissive Action Link (PAL) codes used to arm them remain in American hands. To be used, the bombs would be loaded onto dual-capable NATO-designated fighters. Each country is in the process of modernizing its nuclear-capable fighters to either the F-35A, the F-18 Super Hornet, or the Eurofighter Typhoon.
The U.S., of course, has many more nukes than that. And Russia has more than 1,500 warheads currently deployed, with almost 3,000 in reserve, according to an assessment published in the Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists.
So, assuming we don’t go up in a nuclear flashbang brought on by whatever cells are misfiring in Putin’s pathetic brain, the Owners of the planet will profit first by a surge of European purchases from the U.S. Military Industrial Complex. Ukraine has been making such purchases since 2013, prompting the tawdry feeding frenzy that sucked in the corrupt Joe Biden and his fucktard wastrel of a son, Biden’s personal bag man, Hunter the Punter.
Next, the U.S. Natural Gas Industry and maritime LNG shippers will be reaping huge profits as Germany and other European nations turn to Uncle Sam for their winter heating fix.
Remember about 15-20 years ago when America discovered fracking and all the Owners’ running dogs were proclaiming this windfall promised energy independence for the U.S. for the next 100 years? Well, you were lied to just as Putin and his Russian predecessors were lied to about NATO expansion. All that gas -- our supposed energy independence -- is being sold on the open market, baby!
An interesting point here is that the Nord2 pipeline between Russian natural gas fields and Germany is all but completed and only awaits certification by Germany, which has now halted that process.
How slick -- the Germans are now betting on Putin’s demise at the hands of Western capitalists. Once the rabid dog is gone, the Germans can flip open Nord2, which will then be controlled by those same Western capitalists, just as they now control Middle East oil. You can bet the international chatter is hot and heavy as the Owners negotiate with the Russian billionaires to abandon Putin’s Klub Kapital and join the West’s Club Capital.
For ordinary Americans, however, this shit means almost nothing.
We’ll still be paying outrageous taxes and taking hits to much-needed social programs as we continue to finance our corrupt and rapacious overlords in the Military Complex and financing earth-destroying Big Oil through an incredible tangle of subsidies and tax breaks. Only our widespread, violent revolt will change that.
What we really fucking need, if we make it through this stupid crisis, is our own Revolution of Dignity.
