Israel = America’s Brain Cancer
The Israel Lobby has ordered the truth to sit down and shut the fuck up.
Let’s say your spouse has a tumor. Not a mole. Not a rash. A tumor. Big. Hungry. Inoperable. Lodged in the frontal lobe of his/her brain. This tumor eats logic, memory, impulse control, and occasionally demands drone strikes. Every doctor you consult says, “Well, we can’t remove it—it pays for our campaign ads.”
Now imagine this tumor is named Israel, and your spouse is American democracy.
That, my fellow suckers, is what Professor John Mearsheimer just spelled out with the clinical detachment of a hospice nurse holding a skull scan. In his latest appearance with Judge Andrew Napolitano, Mearsheimer laid it out like a hospice disclosure form: Israel has launched a war it cannot win, with goals it cannot achieve, while dragging the United States into yet another fucking quagmire it cannot afford—and We The People are not allowed to talk about it.
Why? Because the Israel Lobby is the tumor's legal counsel, publicist, anesthesiologist, and armed security detail. It has been assisted over the past several decades by the so-called Neoconservatives--especially the early cohort like Irving Kristol, Norman Podhoretz, Paul Wolfowitz, Richard Perle, Douglas Feith, and Elliott Abrams. These circumcised intellectual thugs were hardcore believers in using U.S. power to reshape the Middle East. Their vision? Smash the enemies of Israel and of American “interests,” which somehow, miraculously, always aligned.
The Goals Are Delusional, the Strategy Is Fiction
Israel, Mearsheimer says, has three goals in this current war against Iran:
Destroy Iran’s nuke capacity
Enact regime change in Tehran
Force “unconditional surrender”
All noble aspirations—if you're playing Call of Duty: Megalomaniac Edition. In reality, these goals are somewhere between “military fantasy” and “meth psychosis.”
No air campaign has ever toppled a regime. No war has ever ended in unconditional surrender after the first 72 hours of cable news coverage—especially one as big and as populated as Iran, which has the land area of Western Europe and, as blithering moron U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz now knows, a population of 92 million.
And as for Iran’s nuclear program? Even if you vaporized Fordow, Iran’s deep-underground nuke facility, they’d rebuild it before Netanyahu finishes his next lying-ass PowerPoint at the UN.
But Israel Is Losing. So Naturally, It’s Time for Americans to Die.
While Iran lobs ballistic missiles at Israeli ports and shuts down Ben Gurion Airport, Netanyahu and his Likud-flavored oligarchy are doing what any losing strongman does: begging Donald Dipshit Dump to drop the big ones. And by “big ones” we mean 30,000-pound bunker busters aimed at mountains so deep they might strike oil before uranium.
And what’s the doddering, senile Dump’s theory of intervention? Some babbling bullshit like: “Israel owns Iran’s skies.” That’s not a strategic analysis. That’s a hallucination. It’s like saying “my Roomba owns the kitchen” because it did one loop before falling down the stairs.
At this writing, 6 p.m., 6/21/25, Dumpy has just announced American warplanes have bombed three Iranian nuke sites.

China and Russia are laughing their authoritarian asses off because America is stuck running defense for a tiny, horrific theocratic apartheid state in the middle of committing genocide—all while its own Pacific ambitions are simmering on a back burner made in Beijing.

And what’s happening while we subsidize the utterly immoral and murderous Israel’s Zionist self-immolation? Oh, just a live-streamed genocide in Gaza, a lost cause in Ukraine, and a tottering American economy that can’t even build a working postal truck.*
And still, no congressional debate. No floor speeches. No prime-time town halls asking if we might be fisting our way up the stinking ass of another $5 trillion Middle East disaster. Why?
Because, again—the tumor pays well and it carries a big stick.

Mearsheimer basically called it brain cancer, though he didn’t use that term. He didn’t have to. It’s not a metaphor anymore. Israel isn’t just “our greatest ally.” It’s the lesion in the synapse. It’s the blood-soaked bypass that lets democracy die on the operating table while an unelected donor class of Zionist billionaires reads the eulogy in Hebrew and English. If America were a truly functioning democracy, those billionaires would be dragged into the streets and shot.
